About Mizhelle
Born and raised in Manila, I moved to Tokyo to pursue higher education in 2011. I studied gender and media and earned my master’s degree from the University of Tokyo in 2014.
Since then I have moved on to work in the travel industry, where I currently work as an online marketer. Entering the world of inbound tourism has ignited my passion for discovering new places and sharing what I’ve found with other people. While Tokyo Past 3 was originally created so that I could have an outlet for my creative pursuits, it has essentially transformed into what it is today because of this experience.
On a regular day, I enjoy Netflix, books, and sweets. My other creative pursuits include photography, digital painting, and playing the uke, albeit with little success.
