How to Get to Nagatoro
Nagatoro is easily accessible from Tokyo, making it a popular day trip destination. From Ikebukuro Station, take the Seibu Chichibu Line to Seibu-Chichibu Station, then transfer to the Chichibu Railway at Ohanabatake Station for Nagatoro Station. The total journey takes approximately two hours. Alternatively, from Ueno Station, take the JR Takasaki Line to Kumagaya Station, and then switch to the Chichibu Railway for Nagatoro. Note that IC cards like Suica and Pasmo are not accepted on the Chichibu Railway, so ensure you purchase a separate ticket.
