Nakano Ward is rolling out vaccines for ward residents aged 16-64 starting June 28th. Here’s what you need to know.

Vaccination Process Overview

  1. Vaccination tickets will be sent by Nakano Ward on June 10th.
  2. Choose a venue for inoculation.
  3. Make a reservation (online, by phone or by mail).
  4. Show up at the venue on your scheduled appointment and get the shot.

*Vaccinations will start June 28th.

Necessary Precautions

About the Vaccination

If you concerns about getting the vaccine such as underlying diseases or allergies, please consult your doctor. The Pfizer vaccine is administered twice, 3 weeks apart.

Second Dose

Once you get your first dose, you can make a reservation for getting the second dose at the vaccination site. You can also book through the vaccination call center (0570-03-5444), available from 9:00 to 19:00.

For people who get vaccinated at one of the 138 medical institutions listed, please consult on site for the schedule of your second dose.

In Case of Vaccine Ticket Loss

Please call the call center at 0570-03-5444 any time between 9:00 to 19:00 to get your ticket reissued

Inoculation at Nakano Medical Center

Nakano Medical Center is a 3-minute walk from the south exit of Nakano Station. There is no parking lot. Please come on foot. There is also no waiting space. Please come according to the designated reservation time.
